The letter from Leone has inspired me (after 22 years) to write a novel. This is to show how the case should have gone. Placed the main character in the same position but fought in a different manner. It ended up as a Novellette: "Ode to the Revenue Code, A Novellette." Had to include the word Novellette in order to distinguish it from the song with the same name. Barnes & Noble and Amazon are now selling it on their Nook and Kindle. If you do not have a Nook or Kindle, they supply software FREE that can be downloaded into your computer.

It may be interesting to note that a newspaper owner in England may be using some of that force.

I wonder how many people realize that our government could have "lost 100 million" if Leone had used her "force" and lost. All they succeded in getting was 1 and 1/2 million. The government is a 1/3 partner in every business. When it punishes the business owner, in a way, it is also punishing itself.
