    We have the opportunity to make our city safer, with many advantages, and yet, with lower cost.

    I have heard many comments that costs will increase. That is incorrect, that should not occur.

    The explanation of why we should have a city government was not explained correctly. I intend to clarify this at the earliest occasion.
